Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are made by and between Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Ltd and Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. (collectively, “Aristocrat”) and the User (“You”). The use of Aristocrat’s Virtual Information Depository (“Avid”) is conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By using Avid, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Use of Avid
Avid and all content, information, and other materials featured, displayed, contained, and available on or through Avid (collectively, the “Content”) is owned by or licensed to Aristocrat and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and/or other intellectual property laws. Aristocrat grants You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use, and download documents from Avid for your own purposes only. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit, in whole or in part, Avid or the Content.

Aristocrat may prohibit access, use, conduct, communications, or content that Aristocrat, in its sole discretion, deems to be harmful to Avid, the Content, Users, Aristocrat, or any other person or entity, or that violates these Terms and/or applicable laws.
User Conduct
You agree to use Avid and the Content in accordance with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and for appropriate purposes only. You may not transmit, retransmit or store Materials in violation of any federal or state laws or regulations, including, but not limited to, obscenity, indecency, defamation or material infringing trademarks or copyrights. You may not abuse or fraudulently use Avid or the Content nor allow nor permit such use by others.

Additionally, Aristocrat may at any time, for any reason, and without notice or liability: (1) suspend or terminate operation of or access to Avid or any portion thereof; (2) change, revise, or modify Avid or any portion thereof; (3) interrupt the operation of Avid, or any portion thereof for maintenance and support; (4) impose limits on certain features and services, or restrict access to Avid; and/or (5) terminate the authorization, rights, and license granted herein. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to You herein shall terminate, and You must cease all use of Avid.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ARISTOCRAT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE OR CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Aristocrat, and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of Your use or misuse of Avid or the Content, any services therein, or for infringement by You of intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party. Aristocrat may assume exclusive control of any defense or any matter subject to indemnification by You and You agree to cooperate with Aristocrat in such event.
